1Awful taste and texture. Doesn't even slightly taste like you'd imagine it should and has a weird, almost creamy texture when mixed with water.

4Tastes great and works pretty effectively. Slower release than other pre-workouts but depending on your perspective that’s a plus.

Pre Workout
5Cola flavour tastes good, like a cola ice lolly. First time I tried this was the first time that I tried a pre workout, thought my veins were going to explode!!! Really helps a workout with a great pump. Don't recommend before a cardio session as it pushes up the heart rate too much.Goes Well With:Working out.

Not too good
2I got the blue raspberry creatine and it tasted amazing so I thought this would taste the same but it’s VERY strong and has a bitter/sour under taste. If you mix it with more water than required it tastes a bit better- Tbh I haven’t felt the effects of it at all when I’ve used it unfortunatelyGoes Well With:Lots of water + blue raspberry creatine
