5A great product, really tasty and mixes well to have as an intra workout drink. Massively recommend.Goes Well With:I got the raspberry lemonade flavour which I mix with butter lemonade clear whey to have as my intra workout drink. Nice shot of protein and extra essential amino acids to break the protein down and keep me going during my workout.

Tastes great
4Really like the flavour of the iced lemon tea, as for effectiveness, I can’t say I’ve noticed a massive difference but I’m sure it is beneficial 🤞

Heed the 1 star reviews!
1Used to take the tablets but was tired of rattling like a pill caddy, so read the reviews and thought "it can't be that bad!". I was wrong. The unflavoured version is absolutely disgusting - the smell is like nothing i've ever smelt, it doesn't mix well and taints the flavour of any shake it goes in. (Tried with clear peach ice tea isolate and natural strawberry isolate) I regret buying the 1kg bag even though it was on offer as there's no way i'll get through it! Can't comment on the effectiveness as I won't be using it long enough to tell. Back to tablets it is!Goes Well With:Not having tastebuds

Tastes weird
3Thought this would be refreshing but the aftertaste is a bit strange. Works well but the raspberry lemonade one is still top of the pile for taste so far Goes Well With:Diet lemonade/flavoured water helps the taste and makes its more exciting to drink

Taste isn’t great
2Taste is pretty foul. I tried the tropical and reading other reviews don’t think I could try the other flavours as Tropical had the best reviews. Will put in the fridge but really tasted like aspirin. 300mls is a lot of aspirin flavour.
