1Peach and Mango taste is abysmal. Bought 1kg bag that I’m never gunna use again. Made me physically cringe. Mixed with water.Goes Well With:Nothing

5This is my favourite flavour. Super easy to pop in drinks bottle and shake. Watch no leakages from bottles as it is a bit of a nightmare stain wise to get out of lighter clothes. A must have product. Goes Well With:Water. Ice cold water

5First has and amazing grape taste I just fall in love with this product. Best after training winter 9 essentials amino acid will give perfect recovery to ur muscles after training. Can be use also before training but I preferred after

Recovery
5I really love this product. It tastes great and you can just add it to your water and drink throughout the day. There is no rush before or after exercise. I think it’s definitely helped with my recovery and ability to go again intensely the next day.

Grape EAA
4Ok so my PT recommended this product to help me build/tone up! I ordered the Grape flavour and I have to say it is easier to drink than expected! I have only been taking it prior to the gym 3 times a week for the past two weeks, I haven’t noticed any muscular change however I do find it has increased my performance in the gym! Goes Well With:Can mix with pre workout!

Tastes good, helps when cutting
4A good option to take when intermittent fasting or doing alot of cardio alongside your lifting to help limit muscular atrophy. Tastes good, mixes well and worth the money when on sale. A little on the expensive side at RRP so stock up when on sale. I find it helps retain muscle substantially better when on a calorie deficit compared to when I don't use it.
