Excellent!
5I bought this with some reservation as I have never used any protein shake or protein supplement as part of my fitness and exercise routine. It was recommended to me by a friend at work who knows I am having a little bit of trouble building lean muscle as I am a vegetarian. The protein shake is easily made, and mixes really well with a lot of things - even with water it still manages to taste quite flavoursome. My only gripe is the smaller variety for the diet and weight loss range of proteins as there is for, say, bulk - but other than that I am very happy with the Double Choc and Cookies and Cream flavours. Both are really yummy and I even look forward to my post workout drink now I find it so tasty. I've only been using the whey protein about less 2 weeks and I've already gone down 3kg with a healthy, balanced diet. I will definitely be re-ordering. Goes Well With:Soya milk, water, almond milk.

5Lovely flavour, does need abit more milk as it does go abit to thick but it's still yummy a great taste. Wouldn't be able to tell its good for you ;)Goes Well With:Unsweetened almond milk

4I first saw a friend take a photo and post in Instagram of her My Protein package, which I too bought. When the bag arrived I was sooo happy, then I discovered over half the bag was full of air, which was very disappointing, however, the powder only needing 2 scoops, I find that it lasts longer, and I only consume 2 shakes per day, sometimes I only need one shake, as it it THAT filling, I;ve tried a few, Maxitone, which by far is the best tasting protein powder I've tasted, actually tastes like chocolate, but the amount of powder you get isn't worth the price. I will be continuing with the My Protein as I have read great reviwes about the product and I actually like it. So if you're looking for value for money and an Ok tasting shake then MyProtein is the one for you, with the supplements too you feel fuller for sooo much longer. Goes Well With:I mix mine with water.

good shake
4Brought to supplement my evening when at work as don't have a 2nd protein meal as get home to late. I was often very hungry when getting in from work so needed something to fill me up, rather than eating bad stuff. I use a half portion in my short evening break at work and it keeps me full Dr so don't come home and raid the cupboards when I get in. My only grumble is that the shake is very sweet!

5My first protein shake I've tried! I bought the vanilla cookie flavour and it tastes amazing, after 1 shake I couldn't wait til the next one! I've only tried mixing it with water as I don't like milk which I thought may make shakes taste a bit bland but it doesn't at all! 10/10 for taste, and fewer calories mixed with water than milk if you're looking to keep an eye on your calories Filled me up too so great if you're looking for a meal replacement / breakfast Can't comment on effectiveness just yet I've begun using it this week Great product though really impressed and can't wait to try the other flavours Goes Well With:Water

4So ive never used a protein type shake before but having going to the gym 3-4 times a week and eating healthy i have thought i would buy this just to help me get where i want to be weight and size wise. I have purchased the Vanilla cookie flavour and have just had my first shake. I found the flavour lovely but it was very thick, a bit too thick for me. On my next shake i will be adding more almond milk (if this is wrong do say) just to try and make it less thick. The grains and lumps i dont mind. Im aiming to have one for breakfast and eat a healthy lunch, shake after my work out and then a healthy dinner after. Lets hope i can get down in weight, build muscle and be happy :) Good Luck ladies :) XGoes Well With:Almond Milk

Kinder Bueno Shake
5I bought the double chocolate flavour and was very impressed. I blended a scoop with a handful of ice and 200ml almond milk, amazing taste, sort of like a kinder bueno! Would definitely recommend as this creates a thick shake that is very filling.Goes Well With:Almond milk

5I'm not gonna bore you guys with a long review, I went for the cookies and cream option, best flavour ever!!! Its so good, that there isn't a need for a cheat day or a treat, this is the treat, well for me anyways :) the mixibility is great in a blender and a shaker, dip a banana in it, its great! I had 2 shakes a day, one in the morning for breakfast and one post workout, due to the green tea and L-carnitine in it, I could feel a lot more energy and fat burning. It helped me a lot in terms of building muscle too, great shake! Would definitely recommend to those looking to shed weight, get energised and put on some muscle too. Its also pretty cheap compared to most other companies! :)Goes Well With:milk
