5If your looking for the best nutritional products out there, you normally have to sacrifice taste to get the benefits. But not with this. easily the best tasting whey on the market right now and a amazing selection of flavours. somehting to please even the pickiest of taste buds

Mixes really bad
2Really powdery still after mixed with good shaker and blender. Tastes like cheap protien! The protien is good for results but general enjoyment is not good! BEWARE THAT THIS IS NOT AN ENJOYABLE SHAKE. Goes Well With:Milk

weight loss
5Started using this 3 weeks ago and it is working well. I use it every morning and find i don't need to eat again for about 6 hours and the weight is coming off and cycling is getting better.Goes Well With:Almond milk and actimel

Awful
1Got this product as a buy 1 get 1 free offer. After tasting the impact whey and loving it I thought the diet whey wouldn't taste much different. How wrong I was! Awful taste, mixes awfully (even in a blender) and leave a vile after taste. After being a loyal customer for years this has put me right off my protein as a company. As soon as this 5kg is gone I will be looking elsewhere

So good!
5This is the second flavour I've tried (cookies & cream) and it tastes amazing, really sweet definitely fixes your sugar cravings, preferred the vanilla cookie one I tried previously but still tastes really nice. Been drinking them after every workout and can see the results, will be buying for as long as they carry on selling this! Goes Well With:Water

Bitty but effective
4If you can stomach having bits in, then this is a very good diet whey. I found this to have very strong thermogenic effects in the evening and it made it difficult to sleep during hot weather.Goes Well With:BCAA+, Daily Vitamins, CLA, Omega 3

5Would definitely recommend, I have been purchasing this product for some time now, helps give that weight loss a boost when following a healthy diet and doing exercise. I always have in the morning, if I am on a health kick I will have 2 a day alongside healthy snacks and meal at night. Good value for money! Goes Well With:I mix mine with skimmed milk, I put it in a blender to mix as I often add frozen fruit or ice to mine. Recently I put some decaf coffee in my vanilla one- bit of a change and tasted good!

5Had the chocolate one. The little bits were a shock at first as I didn't expect them but I actually enjoyed them by the second mouthful. Flavour is great. My other half tried it too, I thought he wouldn't like it as he doesn't enjoy sweet things but he really liked it also. Perfect!

Awful
1I wouldn't recommend this product. It is the worst tasting protein I have ever tried. I found the consistency thin and watery (regardless of how little water is used) which just emphasised the large lumps of flax seed powder making the shake unpalatable. My Protein's customer service department's response was that this is normal for all products containing flax seed powder...... which is incorrect.
