Great taste and effective!
5Great taste and although I wasn't sure if I was seeing the effects as soon as I stopped having it I saw a major decrease in muscle and increase in fat! Definitely worth buying Goes Well With:CLA tablets

What more could you want?
5I bought this protein in order to recover more rapidly whilst in training for a half marathon, also to try and lose a little weight in the process. In the first 2 weeks I had 1 of these for breakfast and 1 after my workouts. They leave me feeling full and my recovery times have halved. I lost 8.5lbs in the process, albeit along with a very low carb diet whilst trying to initially shed pounds. The protein itself tastes very nice, I have been using the strawberry shortcake flavour and mixing with water. I'm not sure how anybody can complain about the taste of this, when using a small shaker bottle from MP filled right to the top provides a good mix of powder and water and an adequately thick shake. Lets be honest, it's not going to taste like a milkshake! As some have said, it is a little lumpy at times but if shaken well with the mixer ball it usually eradicates the majority of this.

Tasty protein
4At first I found the texture strange, but after a couple Sykes I got used to it and now I really enjoy my shakes!! The flavour is really yum. I haven't been using it long enough to get results but I'm hoping it help my shed a few poundsGoes Well With:Almond milk

1The flavour is disgusting. I've had banana before and it's just a nice hint of banana. But this is a soury bright yellow mix with little black boys in. I've sold it on to a friend. Not happyGoes Well With:Toilets

4Good taste, average mix, results aren't prompt but definitely does help on way to your goals.Goes Well With:Milk and almond milk.

Heavy good
5It's class man can notice the effects after a few weeks. It takes really good aswell I look forward to my next shake. It just taste like a really heavy chocolate milkshake which I enjoy Goes Well With:Milk
