I use it as a pudding
5This product is really good. Favourite treat of the day. I mix 1 scoop casein with only 80-100ml of water in a shaker, pour it in a glass, put it in the fridge for 20 minutes or even less and voila! I top it with peanut butter, take a spoon and jump to the bed. Lovely pudding for the night! In the mornings I'm usually knackered but since I use this casein, I can finally function 5 minutes after waking up Goes Well With:Water and peanut butter 30 min before sleep.

Great Protein
5Great product. I combine this with an equal amount of Impact Whey Protein to make a great blend of fast and slow digesting proteins. Mixes great with milk or water, no lumps and tastes great. Top notch company
5I have tried casein several times and the product that MyProtein delivers is very high quality. However, what prompted me to write a review is their excellent customer service, as Yodel lost the parcel and MyProtein sent a replacement as they investigated what happened with the delivery. Kudos to them, not only for providing a great quality product, but also delivering to their customer as promised. Best wishes to their team.Goes Well With:I have it unflavoured with whey isolate (lactose intolerant) and it goes great, keeps you full for long and provides very high quality protein.

5I ordered the unflavoured package (good mixability and its flavour won't mask or overpower anything thing that you add to the shake), shopped around prior purchasing - myprotein.com offers best prices and high-quality product; indeed, labdoor ranked the product with an A and tops the best value classification. Hence, I would not find any minimal hesitation in recommending this product.Goes Well With:Anything

Not great
2This powder is chalk like and somewhat gritty. I find it hard to drink. I've hand mixed, shook and put in my nutribullet but haventry found a way to mix it that gives me a palatable shake.

Absolutelly brilliant
5This product is absolutely brilliant. I cannot yet say anything about it's effectivnes because i only had it for a few days, but i just had to write this review because this is one of the best things i have ever tried. I mixed this casein (Vanilla) flavour with 30g of almonds, 200g of cottage cheese and a just a little bit of low fat milk. Put it in the fridge for like half an hour or maybe an hour and had it before bad. It had absolutely brilliant taste. I really wish you guys give it a try!Goes Well With:Water, milk
