All ok so far...
4Too early to tell how effective it is. I take 5g both pre and post workout. Doesn't mix well so needs leaving a while to dissolve properly. Foul taste so needs adding to flavoured pre or post workout shakes.Goes Well With:Clear whey isolate (flavoured)

5It is quite effective and a nice way to drink more water while working out. I did find slightly hard to mix but nevertheless it does it’s job

Helps recovery
5Taste is as about as good as it gets for BCAAs, they will always taste slightly metallic. Mixability is good. First shake it will still look all powedery but give it 2 mins to soak then shake again and it's perfectGoes Well With:Post workout

Great product
5Really good product, I find the shake option is much easier than the tablets, as that's just another thing to remember, or you end up taking too many tablets a day. I stick mine in my usual shake mix, no issues with how it combines, doesn't affect the flavour and really good results.Goes Well With:Any flavoured shake, tried with Juice and various types of milk. Always good.

These taste good
4Lemon iced tea flavour is decent. Got to help with doms, seems to be doing the job taken 2 scoops after work out. Taste pretty decent, doesn’t look appetising though 😂
