4These is the first product i tried, but i can feel the difference with or without them. It lets me do my workout without fear that i wont be able get up from my bed next morning due to muscle soreness. Solubility is fine - im using 0,5l of water for cca 10g of powder. I have berry blast flavour and it is good as such, but dont try to mix it with your chocolate smooth gainer, that is just very bad idea :D In conclusion I recommend this product. Great value for money and when it comes to the discount, it is even better.

Very Good Product
5Nice taste, although I haven't mixed it with anything other than water. More importantly very effective in reducing soreness and aiding recovery, and I have felt the benefit in terms of immune system. If I trained 4 days a week for several weeks in a row I would often get run down. Taking this twice a day on workout days and once every other day has made a noticeable difference for me in the 3 weeks I've been using it.

Taste should bother you, results should!
5This powder is extremely effective at what it is designed to do, and really helps me to maintain my muscle mass during cutting periods. Having recently just completed a cut, coming down from around 89KG - to 81KG, Branched Chain Amino Acids really helped me to maintain my muscle size, density and strength. Even managed to squeeze more reps out on the 50KG dumbbells! Yes, a lot of my weight was probably water retention, but I lost that and maintained easily with this product. Consuming one serving as soon as I wake up, one before/during my workout, one serving after and one before bed with Casein I find this really aids my recovery. I opted for the unflavoured version as being a student, every saving of money helps and the taste shouldn't bother you, just get it down and quit whinging!

Worst taste ever(Unflavoured)
3I decided to go for the unflavoured version because I wanted to mix it with my protein shake after my workouts. It ended up making my shake taste really bitter. The taste is like drinking medicine/chemicals; with water it's bad but with juice it's okay. Problem is I don't like drinking juice but since I bought this I'm forced to because I don't want to waste the product. However, I don't think I'll be using this supp anymore I'll probably opt for the tablets. It mixes easily in a shaker bottle or any bottle.

Worth the price.
4Good mixability combined with a decent taste (I prefer Berry Blast over the Tropical) makes this well worth the money. I use before, during and after training to maintain muscle mass and a few weeks on and I'm also seeing an increase in muscle endurance with less recovery time. The only issue I have is when mixing with whey protein, as it seems to make it froth a lot. I just have them seperately now. As usual, delivery time and ease of purchasing was excellent.Goes Well With:Water, Fruit juice.

easy to take
5Good product, add unflavoured to some juice and mix in an standard sports bottle and mixes well, doesn't even need a shaker to be mixed, taste hidden by normal squash.
