Surprisingly good
5I was looking for non-dairy alternatives, because the Soya Isolate has varied mixability issues. So i tried this one, apart from a bit of stink -- it does not affect the taste at all. The unflavored mixes well with any flavoring; I use Cocoa. Excellent for the lactose intolerant, I had my gains when I shifted out of whey.

Great quality, good taste, average mix ability
4Probably the best quality-price ratio in the market. I always mix it with water and it tastes good but it is similar to a smoothie in terms of liquidity so I personally find it a bit difficult to drink.

Listen carefully
4For a smooth, tasty and perfectly mixed shake follow these instructions to the letter! 1. 200ml water in the MP shaker (make sure the metal ball is inside) 2. 1 scoop of Carnipro 3. Shake the hell out of it until the powder is completely dissolved. 4. For those who want milk in the shake, add 100ml or more milk at this stage. For those who want water only, add 100ml or more of water at this stage. 5. Gently roll the shaker on it's side to mix the added liquid with the froth from before. 6. Let the shaker stand for 30 minutes. 7. Gently roll the shaker on it's side again. 8. Within a few more minutes the shake is ready to be consumed. 9. Thank me!

CarniPro
5The chocolate flavour is very tasty, and I know some people have complained about the mixability, but I didn't have that problem at all. I bought one of the My Protein shakers with the powder as I didn't have one before, and it works a treat. It ends up a little frothy but not enough for it to be a problem. I'm new to protein shakes and was worried about finding a nice one that was lactose free (I'm intolerant) and this has made life very easy!

Great substitute for dairy-based proteins powders.
4I've developed lactose intolerance into my 20's so I've had to replace my entire fridge and workout supplements; as whey-based protein powders have begun to leave me horrifically bloated and feeling rather nauseous. After much debate between the vegan/pea/brown rice blends, I decided to go with the manly option - CarniPro. I was pleasantly surprised with the banana flavour, which tastes pretty much like Nesquick! It might even be the best tasting shake I've ever had (next to the jam roly poly flavour of course). The only negative to this product is that it doesn't mix particularly well. I first tried it with lacto-free milk, to try and get an authentic milkshake style shake, and it turned into a gelatinous mess. It also takes a strong shaking arm to get a lump-free shake with water, but even with lumps it isn't actually too bad as the taste is so nice and sweet. I would recommend this product if you're after a dairy-free powder, especially the flavoured stuff. Goes Well With:Milk (blended), water, fruit.

Great with Cocoa
5I am lactose intolerant so I chose to buy either soy protein or this new Carni-pro recently. For the last couple of years I was using only dairy-based protein but wasn't really getting gains until I switched to Soy Protein and CarniPro. Since I am not a fan of extra sweeteners, I chose the unflavored version. Although there is a stink that's expected with meat-based protein (which I saw in most reviews of this product), I planned to mask it with pure cocoa --- so I get an extra theobromine and good fats there. I use a bullet-blender to mix my shakes, and I find it quite the same mixability as the Impact Whey (and so much better than the Soy Isolate). I haven't dared try it on its own, because of the meat-stink - but with pure cocoa in it, I know I can't go wrong. Tastes sinfully dark and good. My mixture is avocado + desiccated coconut + carniPro + creatine+ water. Goes Well With:avocado + desiccated coconut + creatine+ water
