Overall the supplement is great, can't fault it at all apart from the actual pill itself, the pill is quite large and VERY challenging to take down because how dry it becomes in your mouth.

Before my work out I've been taking HMB with bcaas and I've been seeing great results in my workout and visual effects!

Not sure how much this can be attributed to the HMB, but all the benefits it's suggested to bring I have seen. I've lost a stone whilst cutting in less than a month and my muscle seems to be similar to the start of the cut. Also, a new squat PB and a match of my deadlift 1RM despite being a stone lighter. Coincidence?

Heading into pre-season I knew I needed a product to help me get the max out of my effort and help me recover quickly for the next session. I had heard about the benefits of HMB and read up on it and thought it would be a great addition to my diet and supplementation routine and it really was. Cycling MyProteins's HMB with Creapure and True Whey after five weeks my body fat has dropped significantly and my strength scores have shot through the roof adding a massive 11 on to my max pull ups and 30kg on my front squat. HMB helps my muscles recover quicker and in turn helps me build lean muscle mass. This HMB is a good product, one of the few which are actually consistently proven to work. The only negative of this product for me is the size of the tablets. I don't personally have a problem swallowing them, but certainly when I initially looked at them they can appear slightly intimidating, and if you are one of those who doesn't like swallowing tablets you may struggle.

Took this for a couple of months while training hard and eating a consistent diet. I seemed to put on a couple of kilos during the first month but they disappeared without trace after that...probably good for beginners or to get you through a very hard patch of training but wouldn't use regularly.
