5It works perfectly fine you just have to give it some time about 2 weeks. I weigh 75 kilos and I take 3 tablets a day.

5Been using HMB for about a month and I was skeptical but thought I'd give it a go in the run up to a competition. It couldn't hurt yeah? In a short time I've seen a huge difference in my recovery and I've found that my strength has increased, particularly with strict movements. There are two products that I would recommend to anyone and this is one of them. I also received the product the next day which was ace. Goes Well With:Beta alanine and HMB have changed my life!

5I used HMB years ago, after I read the initial research on it. I seemed to get good results, improved muscle tone, less DOMS. I tried it again recently and found it hard to get a good source. A lot of products are 250mg capsules. You need to take a gram 3 times a day, so the supply doesn't last long and it's expensive. Enter MyProtein. Pills not capsules. I wasn't sure about this because HMB is not pleasant to take. If you are slow swallowing a capsule, you can get a mouthful of the stuff and it's not nice at all. No problem. The MyProtein pills are easy to take and, although you do et a bit of a taste of the compound, it's no worse than taking a paracetemol. The price is good. If you check competitors for the price per gram and the price of a daily dose, MyProtein is good value. Better still if they have a special offer on. Is it effective ? It's hard to judge on a sample of one, but I sem to have less DOMS and my lifts are still going up, so I'm pretty happy with it.

5Great product . Its the best deal . Good price . Good quality. I should recommend for the people want to see has muscules grow up. More power to do ejercices more resistence absolutly its my favorite supplement Im really happy for sure I 'll buy again here was my 1st time but now I going to buy always here its the best deal on internet.

Miracle Supplement?
5I always do extensive research before I purchase a supplement that I am not familiar with. I first came across HMB on youtube and I did subsequent research into it and decided to give it a go. I have been taking it for two weeks now, 2 capsules 30 minutes before training and, for me personally, it has had massive effects. My squat has gone from a 1RM of 160kg to 175kg. I have always struggled with bench press to shift heavy weight. Two weeks ago my 1RM was about 95 (without a spot), whereas now it is 110kg. Every body part has gotten stronger and bigger, but the strength is the main benefit that i've found. I switch up my training weekly (both rep and weight) and I believe this greatly enhances the benefits of this product. I highly recommend it!Goes Well With:Two capsules 30 minutes before working out.

5Great product, does exactly what it says on the tub. The tablets are fairly big but easy to swallow with a liquid. The taste is not great but I have tasted worse and you get used to it fairly quickly. I cannot say say much about the visual effects as of yet as I have not been taking them long, however most of the other reviews I have seen on them have said that they are very good for improving strength and minimizing recovery time and lowering muscle aching.Goes Well With:I take this with normal protein and amino energy.

Good Product So Far
4Been taking HMB for around a week now, I have noticed strength gains in every body part as well as muscle aching and cramps that I used to suffer have gone which is a bonus! I notice the results more when training intense and pushing myself as the pump seems to last a lot longer that when i'm not taking it. The tablets are quite big but are very easy to swallow so no need to worry. Will defiantly buy again
