5After only 5 days shoulders,knees and back are better...cheap and effective....i take 2 in the morning and maybe 1 later.

Pleasently surprised.
5After weightlifting for around 3 years i started to notice pain in my lower back and shoulder joints. The pain was pretty dull but was an inconvenience in normal life and lifting weights. I would have pain in my back when squatting (even with a strength shop belt) And in my shoulder when doing most exercise. I read some articles how it was a placebo etc and some that say it actually works. So i gave it a try. I have been having 2 tablets every day (and one fish oil) for about a month now and i really haven't experienced any problems joint wise for the last two weeks now. (So took about twoish weeks to notice changes) From my personal experience i would definitely say its worth a try if you are having reoccurring joint pain. (of course if it is incapacitating pain you may need more help than these tablets). Hope this helps :) Goes Well With:Fish oils.

They actually WORK !
5Lemme give you a brief background of my situation so that you can evaluate this product yourself through me. My father was a rowing champion as a teenager, that earned him many medals on national and european lvl as well as some long lasting injuries. After dropping out of the sport he continued working in manual labor and as a truck driver which earned him more than a couple of tough non sleep nights and more injuries on his way (couldnt even turn in his bed at times). Through the years he was prescribed many kinds of medication for the pain in the tendons, ligaments and joints, including vaccination. It recently came to my attention that myprotein had a huge variety for athletes so I searched a bit around to find anything that can assist with joint recuperation and tendon pain and so I decided to make the purchase. For about 40 years he 's been having these problems and no medication ever helped him with the pain till this point. He 's been taking glucosamine along with Omega 3,6,9 daily and he finally, around 2 weeks after constant use, he 's beginning to see results. He reported that he sleeps way better and he feels no pain most of the times, which also depends on how hard he drives himself at work as well. He is more energetic and I can actually say that I no longer hear his agony in the night which believe me, was heartbraking, not being able to sleep, a real nightmare. I thank myprotein for their products and can't say how much appreciate their services. Given the opportunity I ll report back in a few months time with the overall review of the therapy and product !Goes Well With:Water / Food

Good Stuff
5So far, so good. I've been doing a lot a hill running lately, and started to feel some slight pain. Since I have been taking these Glucosamine HCL tablets, the pain has gone and my legs are feeling strong.

superb product
5I've been taking Glucosamine HCL for a few weeks and have already noticed a difference despite people saying it takes up to a month! My joints aren't as sore when I'm lifting and my knee no longer goes when doing squats or leg press!Goes Well With:Water

5Placebo or great stuff? Glucosamine HCL definitely seems to help with joint or cartilage pain compared with not taking it. Not just in terms of taking it when pain occurs but to prevent injuries and wear and tear.Goes Well With:Fish oil/omega 3

5First of all don't know how my joints would have survived all the punishment if I didn't take these. They have become one of my essential supplements to take. Plus I'm allergic to shellfish so it's great Myprotein had this option. Goes Well With:Anything
