Good idea, Poor product...
1Each cap should have at least 500mg Glucosamine (3x500mg a day is the minimum).

Seems to do the trick
4It's hard to know how effective these MSM Glucosamine Chondroitin are after only a couple of weeks use, but I have noticed that I don't have so much of the 'crunching' in my shoulders when lifting. Nor as much aching in the morning, so I think they are doing me some good and the price is better than elsewhere. I just take 2 per day, morning and evening and will probably go down to one a day in a months time.

"I had shoulder surgery over a year ago and as a result of the surgery the issue was made worse. I have also been having pains in my knees and it was impacting my general training. I was dubious about this product at first but after reading the reviews, I went for it. I took two tabs (I'm a big guy!) daily along with Glucosamine and Omega 3,6,9 for about two weeks and the results were and are tremendous!! The pain has not disappeared completely but I am now able to train with a lot more confidence and can push myself a little further than usual! GREAT STUFF!! "

I've suffered alot of severe injuries to both shoulder joints which has held my training development back for the last 10yrs. This product has been miraclulous and has regenerated alot of lost suppleness and flexibility in my joints. My shoulders will never be 100% correct but at the moment they feel the best they have been for years and have given me more confidence to try out heavier weights and push myself further.

It really works! you re gonna find yourself wondering where this elbow or knee pain went..... it really does the trick for your joints... i use to hear a "crack" on my right shoulder.....now its gone!!!\ni also bought bulk glucosamine sulphate to maximise the benefit!

"Another MP winner! As my weights are now really starting to increase I normally struggle with considerable joint pain...not this time though, hardly a twinge. Take it with extra Glucosamine and green lipped mussel extract for a 'comprehensive' dose of joint care."
