Great results
5I have been using this for 3 months now and each week I am still noticing gains! It's great to top up calories if you can eat 24/7. I use it as a food supplement not replacement. If you want gains while having little time to eat (add to a meal not replace) this is great!Goes Well With:Milk for taste

5Must admit i had read a couple of the reviews on here with regards to the taste but i can honestly say i dont think that its that bad, i have had lots before that are terrible tasting and this one is better than most. As for its effectiveness i have only been using this for a short period of time but i can say i have noticed that i ache less after exercise and that i feel more effective in the gym

4This taste very chemical and unpleasant. Mixes well. I leave for 5 mins after mixing to dissolve all the bits and it makes a huge difference to the taste!!!!! Effectiveness is very good. I add hmb and ornithine keto glutamate to make the ultimate mix. Goes Well With:Hmb

the ultimate shake
5the taste of the product depends on what you drink the product with, whether water, milk or other. I have tried mixing the powder with both substances and have found out that when mixing with water, the taste is a bit stingy due to the amount of chemicals used and thats why in my opinion you should drink it in one go and not take your time with it as this will leave minimal after taste in mouth. drinking the powder with milk makes the taste significantly better as you cannot taste any of the chemicals but rather only the milk and i my case strawberry taste which I recommend. if you are allergic to normal milk then soy milk should do the work. in order to make the taste a bit more interesting use a mixer add bananas and you have the ultimate taste (in my preference.) its mix ability is also excellent as I have tried mixing the shake with a myprotein product called palatinose which is pure saturated carbohydrate containing no protein, calories or fat. the effectiveness of the product can be seen the first week of taking for me myself. I am a male 18 years old 5 ft 7.5 172 cm weight 180 pounds. my goal is to lose fat, gain muscle and therefore get leaner. I take the product with palatinose and l carnitine and the effectiveness can be seen in gaining pure muscle mass with also loosing fat. for you to understand I have so far I went from having 28% fat to 23% in a month with only loosing 1kg. I workout 6 times a week. every day doing at least 30 minutes on treadmill concentrating 20 on incline and at an 4.5 mph speed and then doing a sprint for ten minutes at 6.6 mph. on Monday , tuesday Friday and Saturday i do around 5-7 miles. but after running I do all the other exercise depending on the day such as chest day + biceps + abs, or back + triceps + abs . for a total time ranging from 1 and half hour to 2 hours 20 minutes without the running time. overall beside the taste when mixed with water, (which is acceptable due to the amount of chemicals,) this product can be your best workout buddy if took accordingly with a good diet and a workout routine. I am definitely going to buy again and stick to this product for now. if I was to give it a rating out of ten I would give it an eleven, eventhough I don't like the taste with water because the gains that I've got from the product speak for themselves. thank you MYPROTEIN for this product. Goes Well With:palatinose for extra energy through out the day after a workout. L carnitine tablets (looking forward to buying liquid L carnitine...) for extra energy during workout.

Does the job
4I've seen definite gains in using this and I like that it comes as an "all in one" mix. Ok, the taste sure ain't the best but I got used to it - and it does the job.

5Instant results, within a week I found I had a lot more energy whilst training, and muscle soreness afterwards was reduced. Within a short space of time, I found my strength had increased, whilst putting on a good deal of lean muscle.

Hurricane of weird tastes
1I've tried many all in ones from many company's and compete in Strongman. This is bar far the worst tasting proteins ive ever had and wish I never ordered in the first place. The mixabilty is poor and I've also tried mixing it with milk and other protein powders but but still can't get rid of that bitter taste. Will be returning to my old protein supplier as this was my first order with myprotein and what a let down. Goes Well With:The Bin!!
