4I quite like this product. i take it within the golden hour after training. i like the fact that its a complete package. It mixes well with milk and the taste is great although to be fair I think i need a change from chocolate smoothie. i feel it works for me.Goes Well With:Milk

Great product
4I'm 18 and have never taken protein powder but have been going gym for 3 years now. Decided to buy this because of the amount of protein it provides. It worked amazingly and after a few weeks i noticed increase in size and definition of muscle. Taste of strawberry cream definitely requires some getting used to but it wasn't too bad once you get through it a few times.Goes Well With:Milk, water tastes of chemicals

5Some people complain about the taste, but I chose the strawberry one and personally like it, better then what I had before, I almost enjoy it.. I even put a bit when I mix my flavorless carbohydrates to give it a better taste. Nice mix of everything so gives you good amount of proteins and energy to keep pushing. Pleased with this product, I will buy more when I will run out. Goes Well With:Can be mixed with other flavorless carbs for example

Very effective
5I've used 3 5kg bags so far, very effective for performance increase and building muscle. The taste isn't that great (chocolate smooth) however the results this mix brings will make you forget about that. I wouldn't use anything else. I recommend this 100% Goes Well With:A Decent workout.

2the chocolate smooth flavour is just horrible, disgusting. I've tried it with water, I've tried it with milk...I just can't drink it...it tastes very chemical. never again, sorry.

4I'm 17 and I've been using this for the last few months, i purchased two 5kg bags and have been using them since. It is very effective as i have seen my strength and size increase drastically, however it is not a mass builder and for anyone who is thinking this will be the same, it's not. This is more of an increase in performance and size without adding extra weight. I gained about 3-4 kg's while using this and i am now about 66kg so it is very worth while if your looking to purchase a supplement which will aid you in your gym life. My only complaint is the taste but if it gets results then taste doesn't seem to matter much anymore.

Good product bad taste
4I am just about to start my 2nd 5kg bag and I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised with it. I have found the product to be good and has helped my performance and overall development. The only downside is the taste but I have tasted worse without the gains so I am not worried about this so I would certainly recommend this.Goes Well With:I only use water

Pure Quailty
5The product is with out doubt pure quality, it is effective and easy to use and unlike a lot of products on the market this one actually tastes nice as well, which is a welcome bonus. I use as a breakfast replacement using it as a base for a breakfast smoothie along with coconut milk, bananas, blueberries, strawberries and half a fresh fig. Filling and a great start to the day
