Hard Gainer Extreme
5Just bought my third bag of hard gainer extreme. I must say, I have noticed great results from using this. I am having 2-3 shakes a day using the recommended 3 scoops. Strawberry is nice, banana I am not too keen on and my 3rd bag is chocolate smooth so I'm looking forward to trying that out. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking to increase their daily calorie and protein intake.Goes Well With:Milk

Hard Gainer Extreme
4I started taking this to put on extra weight. I weighed a little over 9stone when I first started taking it. I take 1 scoop twice a day - once after breakfast, the other either in the evening or before the gym. I also mix oats in with it. In 4-6 weeks I put on a stone. 4 weeks following that, I stayed at the 10 stone mark. It does dehydrate you so I dont like to think what my liver is going through or what it would go through if I took the daily recommended amount but I drink plenty of water so hopefully its not too bad. Mixing - not great, although not a lot to compare to. Taste - vanilla is quite nice, banana reminds me of school banana milkshake but its a bit on the sweet side for me. I would recommend if you are looking to put weight on as it does work. I have tried everything from just upping my meal sizes to eating more meals - none of it worked and to be honest were pretty hard going either finding the time or the stomach space to do it all in one go. Having cereal, shake lunch, shake then tea has worked. Goes Well With:Oats and milk

Can't be beaten
5Ordered this by accident and couldn't cancel. Boy, am I glad that was the case. I've seen real gains since using after workouts and if you go for strawberry flavour you can imagine the flax seed as strawberry seeds.

5I love this product it's amazing defiantly does what it says and even if your not a hard gainer it has the highest calories but the greatest taste love chocolate mint amazing love this product and will be trying it again and hoping to try many more. :)

5Put on plenty of size and weight in just under a month, the taste is amazing, goes down really well, I tried mixing with water and didn't enjoy as much as I did with milk, it goes nice and thick, only issue is there's always plenty of bits in the shake. Overall 10/10.

Hard Gainer Extreme
5Just finished my second 5kg sack and will defiantly be ordering a 3rd ! Being a hard gainer myself this was the only way to get enough calories in my day to really bulk up. 3 months on and along with an increased diet & heavy training I've gained over 20lbs ! Really recommend this one guys, tastes great with milk too .Goes Well With:Milk!

5I have used this product before so I knew what I was buying it probably one of the best gainers on the marker in terms of price and quality Furthermore I always use this after Ramadan so has to put on my mass muscle back it goes really well with other myprotein products like creatine BCAA and ZMA I take the Hard gainer 3 times a day one after training and the other two after lunch and one before 6 then for bed time I have their pure whey I would recommend this to any hard gainer like myself looking to put on muscle mass with out feeling bloated

Awesome Product
5I have tried a few weight gainers and general whey proteins. This is by far the best...I'm over 6 feet and weighed under 11 stone so I would say the words lanky haha. I started this a week ago and have already gained 5 lbs with heavy amounts of exercise. I cycle 100 miles a week and go to the gym 3 times a week so energy and strength is huge for me. I have 3 a day with 350 ml of water and have 5g of creatine monohydrate in 2 of them. This works wonders for me. I would definitely recommend both products Goes Well With:creatine monohydrate - unflavoured

Hard Gainer Extreme
5Great taste and mixablity, i put on 6 pounds in just over a week along with a good diet. Have tried strawberry and mint chocolate and both have been really good. Would recommend anyone who struggles to put on mass.
