Decent Stuff
4Delivery was really quick. Taste (Chocolate smooth) is good. Effectiveness is good. The only thing that really let this product down are the flax seeds, there are a lot of little bits in the shake that make it difficult to drink it.

Extreme!
5I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking to put on some size. Not fat gains!! I use it before training and also in the evening. It mixes well, and I was surprised that it didn't leave me full up to the point I couldn't eat. Taste is ok. It's sweet but not overbearing. Make sure your training hard or you will just put on fat! Overall good product and I'll be buying it again.

5Amazing stuff, the taste is one of the best I've ever had, mixability isn't the best but doesn't take away from the great taste. The delivery was really fast even with just the standard delivery and very happy with the purchase. Amazing for the money! Goes Well With:Milk

4Excellent product, great taste, still some bits in it after mixing but personally I like the texture and feel of them. I feel this product really helped me put on some lean mass even after only 4 weeks use.Goes Well With:Milk, Water

succesfull gains
4I found this to be a solid mass gainer but to make shore u work it hard to get the best results.if u want to put away atleast three a day with your meals on top then make shore space them out as this can give a hard time putting your meal down after a good workout.and the price for a five kilo u just cant beat that Goes Well With:Milk/porride/eggs make shore( free range a must )

4I can't fault the ingredients, and it seems to work well. As for taste, it took some getting used to and I still wouldn't say it was nice. It doesn't mix well at all due to the flax seed.Goes Well With:Holding your nose.

5I've used the Hard Gainer Extreme for over 4 months now. Having only bought the chocolate and choc mint flavours, I can definitely see the results. I'm leaner for sure. The tastes of both flavours are great and mixes well!Goes Well With:Water and a few ice cubes

4Best tasting protein I've had. Very good for putting on weight and using as a meal replacement. I'd recommended this product to any hard gainer looking to put on some weight
