Huge difference
4I had a bad week of feeling really run down. To get myself on track I started taking these again at night before bed time..I've only been taking them for 5 days, but I can feel the difference already. My overall mood has bettered along with my hair going back to its normal shiny and soft self. I love these tablets. Definatley recommend.
