This was the first time I had used BCAA in powder for and was really impressed by how well it mixed. Berry Blast flavour is lovely, doesn't have an overpowering or artificial taste and mixes really well. Will definitely buy again.

Blue Raspberry Needs Getting Used to, Orange is Awesome

This iBCAA is excellent stuff. It works very well, my performance is through the roof and regeneration is not an issue when coupled with magnesium. No more cramps, no more DOMS... awesome. I bought two packs of iBCAA because I wanted to try several tastes. While both have, subjectively speaking, the same awesome effects, one tastes a lot better than the other. Orange is delicious, tasting a lot like the vitamin tablets you can dissolve in water. Blue Raspberry on the other hand is an acquired taste. While I absolutely love the colour, it tastes like some kind of chemical tartness and it's nowhere near anything raspberry. I'll definitely re-order Orange flavour and try something else instead of Blue Raspberry.

Only been using this for 10 days or so. I will either drink 30mins pre workout or during workout then mixed with impact diet whey post workout. Took a while to get used to the taste as it's so sweet but I actually enjoy it now! Blends so easily, I've been able to mix it without a shaker. In terms of effectiveness i think it has had some effect in reducing DOMS but it's too early to say for certain.

Terrible flavours!!! Brought blue raspberry to begin with but it was so horrible I had to give it to a friend!! This time I brought the sour apple and once again it was horrible!!! They are way too sweet! Doesn't taste like sour apple at all. Just tastes full of sweetener!

Orange good, Blue Raspberry Not so Much

I bought two packs of iBCAA when it was on sale. I thought I'd get something more conservative and ended up with orange. Then I went all out and got the weirdest one I could find: Blue Raspberry. Both flavours mix well and have the desired effect. So that's not even the question. With BCAA, however, the question is: Does it taste good? Because BCAA's own taste is quite horrible. Orange tastes fine, a bit like these multivitamin fizzy tablets you can get at every shop. It's masking the BCAA tartness well and it has a gnarly orange colour. Blue Raspberry... now there's a story. It looks fantastic. It's a deep blue and thus looks like absolutely nothing that would occur in nature under any circumstance. Sadly, it also tastes that way. It's not a bad taste and you can definitely get used to it, but it's far from actually being good. It tastes like chemicals, has the tartness, and is so far removed from raspberries of any colour that I'm not sure why this isn't just called "Blue Chemical Taste". It tastes a bit like bubble gum ice cream with some added sour note. But, again, it's definitely something you can get used to, if need be.

Water Creatine Monohydrate

Have been an avid user of the BCAA powders over the tablets for several years now and a fan of the instantised; finding they do work a lot better intra-workout. I've always gone for unflavoured - which kinda smells/tastes like musty shellfish, not expecting it to be delicious - and added sugar free squash to it. Not fantastic, but perfectly palatable. However, based on some reviews I chose to try the orange flavour, as I was getting fed up with having to always ensure I had squash. Sadly, it's one of the worst things I've ever tasted (I'm not remotely fussy!) and I still have to lug squash about me - thus not really helping. 100% recommend this fantastic product, but if you're managing okay with the unflavoured, it's probably worth sticking with that. (Has a small affect on whatever drink you add it to, nothing that terrible.) Will definitely go back to it, unless I can get sample sizes of other flavours.
Goes Well With:
Squashes/cordial of any flavour, takes a bit of tweaking to get best taste from it but totally worth it.

Very good product, just the taste of raspberry lemonade is awful for me. I have added about 5g into 800ml and it was still too sweet.
