Very impressed with these. Cheaper than the ones i used to use a yr or two ago. Always have BCAA+ as i found it's one of the best supp's for anti-catabolic effects.\nLove it

Good product and when 3 are taken post workout they definitely aid my recovery.

"These BCAAs are a great product, and the addition of B6 makes them slightly better then the competition bar one.\n\nBut make sure you count your BCAA+, On my last two orders, I've been short by 18 pills in the first tub and short by 12 pills in the second one.\n\nIf they're short by this much in every container, just imagine the shortfall over the course of a year!"

"Take them pre workout because as I am in college I cant lug about 2 shakers, very easy to use and have stopped me gettin too knackered after a heavy workout (which is every one lol)"
