BCAA & Recovery
4Have been taking these for a number of months now, cycling them every 8 weeks. Found the results have been great. My recovery rates have increased, and I’ve also found my training intensity has improved, due to a reduction in exercise fatigue. Have also recommend them to my partner, who competitively boxes for the Military, and he’s also seen great benefits.Goes Well With:Water

Good Product
5Only been using a couple weeks, and I have started to feel less fatigued since using these. Muscle soreness has also reduced, but obviously comes from a combination of good diet and stretching as well

5I take the recommended dose. 2 before and 2 after a workout. I have definitely noticed I have lost some fat already. They also definitely aid in recovery post-workout. I was using creatine alone for a little while and after starting with these, I noticed another increase in recovery post-workout and another increase in ability (1 or 2 extra reps each time). I highly recommend. Goes Well With:Water, apple juice, hemp protein, protein meal replacement, total protein and creatine.

Really Great
5I’ve been using these now for a few months at first before taking BCAA I was struggling with tiredness and not feeling 100%but now I I don’t hurt anywhere as bad in my muscles I feel more awake and feeling better in my self so glad I found this when I did Goes Well With:Can’t really mix with anything as they are tablets but if you buy the BCAA powder you should be able to mix with your protein shakes
