does what it says
5I follow a Keto / Low carb lifestyle and was looking for a recommended and decent product... this came up time and time again, so I tried it.... I have to say, it's one of the best electrolytes i have tried. Doesn't really taste of much, no aftertaste which is an absolute bonus. I have stopped getting leg cramps and a foggy head. I definitely recommend these, as well as My Protein, great service, fast postage and great packaging.

5Suggested use on website says 1 tablet but packaging says 2 - would be nice to know which is correct seeing as vitamin overdoses are just as dangerous as deficiencies!

Cramp relief
4I commute to work by cycle and do a little running to keep fit and since taking these tablets I suffer a lot less with cramp than I ever use to. It hasn’t eliminated it completely but 99% better. I take one a day along with alpha man and omega 3. I am a 57 year old male.

Excellent (could be even better...)
5Without doubt, these are highly effective post work-out electrolytes. They work really, really well and prevent the cramps, aches and fatigue that occurs after long runs. The one and only issue that I have is that they are so hard to swallow. An additional easy swallow coating would make these even better.Goes Well With:After long runs. Very effective at aiding recovery after 10 miles, half marathon and longer distances - especially on warm, muggy or hot days

Electrolyte plus
5used to be a regular receiver of cramps during the night and during the day. Heard good things about these tablets and decided to give them a try (anything to stop cramps is worth a try), and since i started taking these i haven’t had a single dose of cramp, been taking 1 capsule a day for around a month now and been very impressed at their effectiveness. they don’t have a repulsive smell like some other vitamins, but are quite salty to the taste so i recommend taking them with something like juice or coffeeGoes Well With:Juice
