Excellent diet shake
5Great flavour easily mixes in my shaker, I add 1 banana and a few strawberries for extra calories for my breakfast and lunch and I haven’t felt hungry at all. It’s a very good product and I have just ordered my second bag with 35% off! Goes Well With:Fruit

Disgusting
1After reading all the amazing reviews on here, I purchased the Chocolate brownie flavour shake. My god it’s absolutely awful! It tastes like chemicals, very thin consistency even when mixed with milk, made me feel sick! Don’t waste your money! Goes Well With:Nothing!

Very sweet + synthetic taste
3I bought the chocolate fudge brownie flavour because that seemed what everyone in the reviews recommended the most - but I have to say I wasn't the biggest fan. It's definitely very mixable and so texture was no problem at all, but the powder is just very sweet and tastes very synthetic. In fact, when I get home from the gym I drink it holding my nose so I don't have to deal with the taste. I've found that I have been making progress and it does keep me full for quite long, or if taste isn't that big a deal for you, then I'd recommend.Goes Well With:Water

5Love this stuff. I have it in the evening for bed. Has helped me massively in terms of energy during the day! And am able to do a lot more at the gym. Not struggling with DOMS as much. Goes Well With:Evening primrose Well woman multivitamin Electrolytes Collagen

5Great price and really good taste and effectiveness. Flavour - vanilla. Using as a breakfast meal post workout or else to replace and afternoon snack before an evening work out. I mix 25g with 200ml of almond milk ( making a total of around 130-140 calories) which is good for a snack/breakfast meal filled with protein which is fufilling.Goes Well With:almond breeze - unsweetened almond milk

Chocolate brownie, nice but bit too sweet
4Tried mixing with water but found that too sweet, when mixed with unsweetened soya milk it tasted great and not as sweet as when mixed with water, It keeps me full for a decent amount of time, 1 1/2 to 3 hours depending.Goes Well With:Unsweetened soya milk, definitely not water!

5I’m Finding these great to have twice a day as I’m always running around with work and the kids they taste great I have mine with unsweetened oats Alpro milk I can’t believe I’ve only found this site
