Shakes are good
5I regularly buy these shakes, my favourite is Choclate, I also ordered a few Vanilla but find Vanilla too sweet.Goes Well With:Almond milk

Diet blend
4This is a great post workout shake for those looking to lose weight with added vitamins and minerals. However, the taste was not for me as it tastes too watery, goes better with milk. I prefer the protein blend meal replacement as this is a much thicker formula with either water or milk.

Very Sickly Sweet
3I was definitely expecting a less sickly sweet flavour. This drink is impossible first thing in the morning, made me feel so sick 🤢 I've tried to add this to smoothies and pancakes - it's all you can taste in the smoothie, but it worked okay in pancake. Would not buy again. Natural Vanilla.

Pretty good
4I have tried all three flavours of this shake - chocolate, vanilla and strawberries and cream. All of the flavours are VERY sweet! The chocolate one is delicious, especially with milk, however I just drink mine with water normally. The vanilla one is nice but can become sickly and the strawberries and cream is very synthetic tasting and sickly sweet but still drinkable if you space it out with other flavours through the week. Overall I think this blend is the best in terms of macros and the low calorie content so would highly recommendGoes Well With:Milk, water

What’s not to like, love it!
5Tried this for the first time. You will not be disappointed! The vanilla flavour tastes like white chocolate buttons, no joke, very Moreish. And even better, 96 calories. Mix with 300ml water. Being on HRT -perimenapause is a struggle and this is perfect for my needs for high protein, low calorie and tastes like whit chocolate shake, what’s not to like!!! Looking forward to trying some other flavours Goes Well With:Water

Amazing
5Absolutely love this. Tastes just like a milkshake. I sometimes use 100ml soya and top up with water (I mainly use water though ). Good with coconut water/milk as well. No problem with mixing, and is really filling. I’ve noticed I don’t ‘pick’ anymore. 100% recommend 👌Goes Well With:Water soya/
