5I used to think multivitamins were useless and were merely another money waster, but recent research has revealed that our veg today doesn't contain half as much vitamins as they did 20 years ago, suggesting that it is very important for a healthy diet to take some form off multivitamin every day. MyProtein's daily vitamins are great as they are small and aren't difficult to swallow. Every morning I take one tablet with some water and this has helped keep my immune system up allowing me to hit the gym every day as I've not had a cold ages.

"only been taking these 6 days now so cant really say how good they are but they taste fine there in tablet form, i'm not sure if i should be taking these but years of binge/junk food eating and smoking fags has left me fat and out of shape so i have started bodybuilding again so i imagine i would need these daily vitamins as i never eat anything good back then ie veg only junk n fry ups"

After taking these vitamins everyday for the first month I do can feel the difference with my concentration levels and overall healthy body. The only down side is that the taste is disgusting!!

"As others might state that some of the vitamins are underdosed - i could point out the fact that u supposedly should get your vitamins from the food. they might be underdosed (they are) but for me this doesn't become a problem, since my diet is balanced (veg+fiber+protein+wholegrain+dairy,etc) and u know what? it freakin works! combined with vitamin B complex it makes miracles, now i can work out full power. also the price suits me as im a student, and would not spend nearly 12 euros just for alpha complex. this is why i love myprotein.com - u have the options. i also love MP becoz these guys (speaking in marketing terms) exceed your expectations by having the value options. i would not buy at all if these 3.99 euro vitamins would not be here. (so i have the money to get other things as im limited money wice) hehe ;]"

"For a daily vitamin supplement I'm missing several B-vitamins (sold seperately, ok), better vitamin E (dl kind is 50% unnatural, probably blocking out the natural vitamins), vit C is underdosed, vit A should be coming as beta carotine (fat soluble), vit D is massively underdosed. Did I miss anything? Yeah: MP does better normally."

Good product - cheap one a day vitamin tablet - 2 months supply - not a 1 a 100% rda on everything - but now much is at this price.
