4For me it is imprtant to have them with me 24H , tablets are quite big to swalow but split them in half and You go. Goes Well With:brakfast and dinner

Tablets difficult to swallow
2Tablets are really difficult to swallow. They are very large and with rough edges which make them very difficult to swallow. Never had any such experience before. Suggest they look into it. Until then I’m switching to another brand’s capsules.

Creatine
4Same as all creatine it gives the desired results. These tablets are too big especially as they only have 1g of creatine each. Package says to take 3 a day for 3g of creatine, however you should be taking in 5g per day to achieve muscle saturation. Price is a positive as not too expensive, overall affordable and effective product but just unnecessarily difficult to swallow.

not *that* difficult to swallow
5break each tablet in half, pop 'em in, take a big sip of water & wait 30 seconds. the tablets will start to soften & dissolve in the water, making them much easier to swallowGoes Well With:water, juice

Top Tip!
4TOP TIP: if you are having issues with the size of the tablets they actually break in half really nicely! Goes Well With:I like taking it at night with water or 0 calorie drinks (upsets my stomach sometimes)

Works as said
4Just started using this product 3 days ago, trust me, I now lift more and I never get tired, I feel like training all day. The size of this tablet is not big in anyway compared to what l was taken in d hospital. This is the best energy booster I have ever seen.Goes Well With:Lots of water
