5Using this during knee-intensive workouts and sometimes the day after to aid recovery. Really light, great taste and effective!Goes Well With:Ice cold water

5Whilst it’s said collagen in this form isn’t effective- I totally beg to differ. My nails are super strong ( they have always been brittle) and my hair is in the best shape it’s ever been !! Goes Well With:Mix in protein shake or morning coffee

5Love this stuff. I have a scoop (not the one provided which is huge but a 10g one) and some creatine in my coffee each morning. Mixes well and no taste. Great product 👍🏻Goes Well With:Coffee

Pretty good
4Been taking this for about a month. I was taking the collagen pills from here previously but didn’t feel they were doing all that much. Got the grape flavour and find it really nice and tasty I mix it with say half a glass of water stir it a bit and take it before bed. No side effects. Not seeing much difference in my nails bit stronger maybe but def think it’s making a difference to my skin and hair. My face feels much plumper. I’m in my mid 40’s. Think in time it will make more difference. Goes Well With:Water

5After reading reviews in here I thought I’d give this a try. I buy most products from my protein and I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve suffered with lower backache every day for years so I bought it after years of working out and being in agony the day after I’d nothing to loose so I bought. It’s brilliant for me it actually worked for me. After 5 days no lower backache needless to say I’ve just purchased a large tub so it’s a massive thumbs up from me!Goes Well With:Put it my tea or coffee first thing in the morning!

Best collagen!
4I bought this on a bit of a whim, but I am now absolutely obsessed! I got the grape flavour and it's quite sweet but very drinkable, and much lighter than a protein shake. Goes Well With:sparkling water

Fantastic product
5Firstly tastes great . Even using fot months . Hair is thicker , nails are strong and skin is glowing again . Mixed really well , no lumps . Tastes like cloudy lemonade . Always recommend to my friends . Goes Well With:Daily vitamins

5It has really helped with my arthritis. My daughter told me about this product. I didn't think it would work.....but it does ! Goes Well With:I mix it (non-flavoured) with my morning coffee.
