5I'm just about to order my big bag but haven't had enough to comment on its effectiveness for recovery or muscle-building purposes. But full review for the flavours; Apple: 7/10 - Kind of a slightly sour apple. Quite refreshing. Slight after taste. But happily drank the serving! Orange & Mango: 2/10 - Really didn't enjoy this one. Had a really synthetic taste to it, didn't taste like orange or mango in any respect. Thought about not finishing it and just pouring it out. Pineapple: 10/10 - Loved this one, and will be getting it as a big bag. Tastes just like real pineapple, really refreshing and light. Awesome flavour.

5As someone with a sensitive stomach, I always dreaded having the perceived milky protein shake that took me ages to finish. However, having this in the form of a beaker of juice is so handy! Definitely buying the orange and mango going forward.

Tastes horrible
1Reading other peoples comments I thought this would Taste nice. Following the instructions I tried the orange flavour and can easily say it’s one of the worst things I have ever tasted

Insanely Good
5I first saw this product browsing through social media as it was mentioned by another user on my feed. I was shocked I never heard / seen anything about it before then. I thought it couldn't be real, as I've had such an amazing experience with the clear whey protien shakes and such a bad experiences with other milk-based gainers (The Gainer, Serious Mass, etc) being too harsh with the flavor profile, upsetting my stomach or simply being too unpleasant / unbearable to drink. Honestly I thought this would be too good to be true, but I ordered 2 bags to try and WOW, I was not disappointed. It's exactly like the clear whey protien shakes, mixes well (though there will be some small chunks), tastes amazing, and doesn't bloat or upset your stomach like milk based gainers. This product was SERIOUSLY under-advertised, it's a game changer.

This Stuffs Amazing
5I thought that this was gonna taste terrible but it actually tastes amazing. As I don’t like mixing protein with milk I decided to try this and it’s amazing. It’s easy to mix and it does the job.Goes Well With:Water

Bfs new favourite
5My boyfriend has recently had an operation to remove his oesophagus having a tumour removed, and he being an avid fitness fanatic wanted to maintain size, this was SUCH an easy way for him to get an extra 500 calories and be absolutely loved the taste; we ordered some more in raspberry and lemonade and he loves them both! Amazing flavour
5I was a bit sceptical at first, but wow. Flavour was amazing, mixed perfectly wasnt gritty and is an easy way for me to make sure I can get the calories in with out feeling to full. Goes Well With:Water

Closest to Lesnar Esque traps you'll ever get....
5Straight from the tearing of the top strip I could sense my raspberry lemonade clear gainer was going to turn me into a mammoth, little did I know I would surpass the weight of a prime Brock Lesnar but what I have become from just 6 shakes in is scandalous. I can sense I am a beast. Weights just don't mean nothing to me anymore as my gym no longer supplies weights heavy enough for me to grow, the mixability is a solid 3 out of 5, sometimes I am left with that crusty residue around the rim of my XCORE NUTRITION Bottle but we move. Taste is exquisite, smell is extraordinary and it goes down a treat.Goes Well With:Water

It works
5As someone who suffers from ulcerative colitis and can't gain any weight, this really has helped me so much. I drink it after I workout and it seems to absorb better than any other protein shake and does not give any bloating, which is a miracle.

Amazing recovery/intra workout!
5This is a very tasty product. I love the clear whey products but sometimes a slight after taste. I use about half the suggested dose (70grams) with water and its perfect as an intra workout to. Very light and freshing. Whilst you are training its drip feeding proteins, aminos, creatine and vitamins/electrolytes. So you are already feeding muscles as they are being broken down. Eddie Hall first introduced this idea to me and ive had amazing results. I had the raspberry lemonade..I am a clear whey fanatic and tried nearly all the flavours including limited edition vimto/power rangers etc. And this flavour has been the best yet. I'm not sponsored or endorsed by myprotein at all, i just rate this product so highly. You can use it as suggested by myprotein of course.. but you will get double the servings as an intra workout shake. I prefer normal clear whey or whey isolate as my "big protein" shake. All the clear whey products foam. Get a decent shaker put about 100ml of water with the powder shake and then leave it to settle for 1min. Then add the rest of the water maybe another 400ml (optional how much). And give it a light shake and its perfect. Goes Well With:Ice cold water and during/after training
