CLA POWDER
2Vile taste an the smell is even worse. I couldnt choose softgel form because i cant take them. You can get rid of the taste slightly with juice but dont use the full amount of cla just have it in little bits troughout day. Or like a shot. The smell reminds me of something you put on the walls paint or glue. Excellent in what t does. So reccomendGoes Well With:Juice or a shot of water

Take like a shot
4I was recommended this product on the build up to summer, to cut off some winter fat. I does work really well within a COUPLE DAYS of taking it with good diet and exercise I'm already able to see my summer body. As a VEGETARIAN I cannot take the soft gels so this is the next best thing. This product does TASTE BAD, unfortunately. Personally I thought it tasted worst mixed in a protein shack because it contrasted with the shack flavor so much. Whereas with water it only has a brief after taste. I have over come this through TAKING IT LIKE A SHOT, with a small amount of water in one gulp. Then chasing it with coffee or whatever your morning drink is. Goes Well With:small amount of water

My experience with CLA in general
3Well I bought this product with the intention of losing fat quickly. I was recommended CLA softgels but they were sold out at the time, so I went for the powder thinking it would be fine as an alternative. And boy was I wrong. It said on the packet to mix with 150-200ml of water or fruit juice, so I decided that an orange lucosade sport would be fine. I measured out the liquid, and then measured out the CLA powder (as mine did not come with a scoop) and as soon as I stirred the mixture once, it turned my orange diluted looking drink into a white milk looking liquid. The smell was atrocious and I couldn't handle more than two sips due to the thickness of this mix and the taste of plastic too. Straight after, I ordered the soft gels (as they had come back into stock) and I have been taking them since. I do not regret that decision at all. Softgels all the way. They do the job which CLA is known for and I have lost 3 inches of fat off my stomach area. Great success, but definitely wouldn't go back to using the powder so it'll now just sit in my cupboard gathering dust.Goes Well With:nothing

4This product is helpful only if you stick to Ur eating habits :) I have been on this for a week and I can see slight difference to my weight. Taste is not good but mix it with other liquids . Goes Well With:Juice & soya milk

1This powder tastes discussing and there is nothing you can mix it with to make it drinkable. It also leaves s00ome horrible aftertaste.Goes Well With:Nothing

3I've just bought this product and therefore don't know how effective it is. I can say that it smells and tastes really bad, worst of all supplements I have ever come across.Goes Well With:Doesn't matter, the taste and smell is still there.

5Mixes well, in to food or drinks/shakes. Scoop included. Prefer to tablets as taking lot of tablet can be a chore, good price too.

4great value for money. I mix it with keytones and green tea powder, only used short while but think it has made a difference, will buy again

unusual taste & smell
4Mixes very well, and it does work as intended. But it is the fowlest smelling & tasting supplement I've ever encountered. A supplement that smell & tastes as it does is beyond flavouring I guess. Neck it & try not to gagGoes Well With:Green tea extract

CLA Powder
5This powder is really great. I simply hate the flavor. I cannot even describe it. But if you can take it, you’ll see results really quick. I take 1 small scoop before training with 1 small scoop of L-Acetyl Carnitine and 2 capsules of MP Thermo Max and my body is getting leaner than ever. Overall it deserves 5 stars because is excellent in effectiveness that it’s what matters for me.Goes Well With:Water. Taking it with L-Acetyl Carnitine boosts results.
