After a early morning and long day at work I found going to the gym very hard and a challenge to walk through the door,so I ordered these tablets. I followed the instructions and the first day only consumed half a tablet. This did nothing for me. So the second day I took the full tablet and I was running through the gym door. I did a 25 min resistant band session followed by my normal cardio workout. (Normally its one or the other). I broke my 500kcal burn by 2 minutes even after a weight session!!only thing to be careful of is your heart rate. I found I had to control my breathing a lot more to keep it under control. Caffeine works well to improve alertness and allow for the greater utilization of fatty acids to be used as a fuel source, i have built quite a tolerance to caffeine and normally require 2 of these 200mg tablets which works out at around 400mgs for a pre workout or am boost in energy and alertness, this goes great with some HMB for my fasted am cardio sessions and helps reduce perception of pain thus allowing me to push harder and burn greater amounts of fat, i also find it to work as a great appetite suppressant. My usual day consists of; 1 hour gym sesh, 10 mile cycle and 8 long hours of gruelling work, by Wednesday/Thursday I'm shattered, I have one of these in the morning with breakfast and it keeps me focused til teatime. Just what I needed, effective and quick delivery
I've been taking one of these first thing with breakfast and an hour before my afternoon workout. They've definitely made a difference and allievated the yawning and fatigue that sometimes set in during a session. Certainly noticed a boost when I first took them but not so much after two weeks of continual use, although they're still helping no doubt. I cycle to work 5 days a weeks leaving my home at 4:45am and wanted a small boost to cover the 20miled - 1 tablet allows my to easily do this and feel energised until mid afternoon. A simple and effective supplement. Only down side is do not take it after 5pm I struggled to get to sleep later that night
Very effective, I take 1 capsule half hour before a workout, it doesn't make you buzz or run around crazy just takes away the tied ness from working all day. I've found taking them gone 8pm does make me have trouble sleeping. So I usually pop one on way to gym 7-7:30 pm. Haven't touched a red bull since, these are much cheaper, more effective, and healthier.
These tablets are incredible, I work around 55 hours a week, going from nights to days then back to nights within a few days which drains my physical and mental performance. After taking these tablets I noticed a huge boost in both of these aspects, although I can still feel that I'm tired, I'm much more alert and able to make it through long shifts without getting tired. Big coffee drinker and these seem like rocket fuel compared! Push that extra rep every set and works a bomb. Decent for student work fuel too. Take in the am though can mess with sleeping pattern.
This caffeine is crazily strong, shaking, tunnel vision and sweating. 200mg feels more hardcore than any preworkout (although performance wise I cannot tell). So alert mentally and physically. Good product if you want a strong buzz. Being a regular coffee drinker
I'm not very sensitive to Caffeine at all but I notice a definite boost in focus when taking these. I'm a fairly small female and I don't find them too strong - I tend to take two, pre-match/training. Also great to keep in the car for long journeys!
These are a fantastic product, I use them almost every day and can feel the difference compared to when I don't. Extremely high caffeine doses aren't great for the heart so I usually cycle so every 4th day I don't have caffeine other than the green tea extract also from MyProtein. I have been using them for the last 2 months as part of my weight loss stack and feel they play a vital role. As a student, I often spent 8 hours doing intense work which completely numbed my brain by the end of the day.
