A worthwile supplement

Taste and mixability are a 5 because they are flavourless and a pill. Exactly what is said on the tub. I feel they are highly effective for enhancing workout length and help me push further than expected. Set my pb deadlift adding an extra 25% during the cycle, may be coincidence, had powder and pill from here and can say the pill form is very convenient. I Just add 2 to my pwo stack and it does the job. Would reccommend.

Been taking these months as well as bcaa and protein and i have seen a massive difference in body shape and figure putting serious size and mass on. Excellent product for the body and protein synthesis

Work harder

These are a little hard to swallow as they are a bit chalky but once you get used to them it gets easier. I don't think there is any need for loading as they can be just used pre workout. They do seem to hold off the lactic acid somewhat making it easier to push yourself that bit harder. Also used before cycling and going uphill was easier on the legs.

Great Product

The tingling with Beta Alanine is nothing to be worried about, it's like having extremely mild pins and needles to say the most. I train fasted so muscle endurance is a slight issue but BA completely tackles it. My only intake is before the gym and about 30 minutes before of four tablets.

Noticable results

Great product. Instantly noticed greater endurance and a distinct reduction in lactic acid build up. I didn't adhere to the recommended daily intake as it seemed excessive. I took two tablets half hour prior to working out and it gave me bags more energy. Definitely no 'placebo' effect!

Beta Alanine

Beta Alanine is easy to consume, tablets aren't too big. It seems to help in my training. I have slight tingles in my face after about 10 minutes of taking but nothing major.

Product seems to work well when used with kre alklyn. A noticable gain in size and strenth within 2 weeks.
