4I have only been using these for a week, so a little early to say how effective they are.

Heavier & Stronger
5I did get tingles (in my ears!) like people said, but I found that this gave me a boost and I was able to lift heavier and felt stronger. This wasn't due to the placebo affect either as once I was in the gym I didn't think about it.

Effective
4Gives a nice buzz, got the tingling feeling everyone describes and I can honestly say that I feel it's more helpful than an unwanted side effect! Not exactly what I was looking for but nevertheless a good product! I find them difficult to swallow but that's probably just me and hasn't effected my rating, just something for people to consider

Still to see the effects
5I was recommended this by my coach. I haven't had any negative side effects and am hoping it will help me with a marathon I'm running in 2 weeks and then with bodybuilding.

5Works just perfect. And there's no doubt it contains the proper amount, since i get the tingeling sensation, that BA gives, every time :-)Goes Well With:Creatine, BCAA and preworkout

Great product
5Fantastic product and you can really feel it work. I take them alongside my amnios and can feel my skin tingling all over. If taken with a fruit drink it seems to come on much stronger due to the sugar pushing it into the body. Goes Well With:Water, fruit drink.

Good stuff
4Havant been using this long but it seems to be working well. The tingling sensation may take a bit of getting used to for some people but I love the feeling! Seems to help getting those last couple reps, will definitely buy again.

still testing out
4have used these as a pre workout, taking 2, half an hour before the gym, have been able to push out that extra 2 reps that are usually a struggle. not sure if this is a placebo affect of me believing they work, however research has suggested that they do help finish off those last few reps by suppressing lactic acid onsetGoes Well With:creatine monohydrate

Mediocre
2Notice the tingling, but it's hardly off putting. Would say that they do have a minor effect when cycling (especially if hill training), didn't feel as if they worked that well when weight training. Still a noticeable build up of lactic acid. Realistically, not worth the extra money. Has small effect, but not enough to dramatically enhance your workout.
