Oooooh it’s thick

I had to check multiple times that I wasn’t messing up the water/mix ratio because OH BOY this is a thick shake. Which, if you’re not able to eat a solid meal, is satisfying. If you have problems swallowing, not so much. I sometimes suffer from one or both at the same time which is why I buy these nutrient shakes - both this and The Diet, which is much thinner and better suited to my own dysphagia.  The cereal milk flavour is delicious and I’ll probably buy it again.
