I think these tablets are making a difference, however the same as everyone else they are far too big on more than one occasion I got the tablets stuck in my throat. Not great when your at the gym trying to find some bread to chase it down as waters just not doing it. I have since grinded them up and added to two soft gels bought on line. I will not be buying again I will buy in powder form from now on. I would rather take 4x smaller tablets than 1 of these.

BCAA's are an essential supplement for muscle energy and recovery in my opinion, I normally get the powdered form but these have worked just as well and I can more easily dial in the dosing and do not require the use of digital food scales to weigh out portions, I recommend this as a muscle building product for anyone looking for a slight edge or requiring to break through a sticking point in progress. Tablets are a little hard to swallow whole. Found it easier to break them in half. The only problem then is that im taking a range of 13 smaller tablets (combined with other multivits and creatine). I get some funny looks at work, when Im gulping down so many tablets and washing them down with a protein shake, but as long as they do the job, who cares? Im more interested in the gains than what other people think ;-)

No even joking, I almost choked to death on these tablets, they are mammoth! I'm great with taking tablets and tried to take 3 at once..... for some ridiculous reason, and yes it almost killed me. If you have any difficulty in swallowing tablets, don't get these. And definitely don't try to take 3 at once....... Other than the almost dying, these have been effective for me taking along with CLA and Mega green tea :)

I bought these instead of taking the awful powder that made me feel sick. These are far too big, and I don't mind swallowing large tablets. Even cutting them in half they get stuck down my throat even though downed with a large gulp of water. Better than the powder, but could do with smaller, easier to manage tablets. would rather take 6 smaller ones at a time, that 3 larger ones...

So I got these tablets upon referral and when I looked at them they looked pretty huge compared to all the other supps I had bought. Under the directions there was no mention of difficulty in taking them so I tried. When I tried to swallow a whole tablet I almost choked to death, luckily I was with someone!! Even cut in half they are difficult to swallow, they are so big and chalky! there should definitely be a warning on them! Once I've finished them I'll see if there's an alternative out there!

These tablets will kill someone. They are far to large and nearly impossible to swallow even when you break them up. Contacted my protein, they couldn't care less. STAY AWAY FROM THESE.

Love the mix of 4:1:1 in these tablets. And they work for me; I have noticed a reduction in DOMS which is a real relief, and was the main reason I take them. However.......as many have said there are issues with the size of them. If I had the gag reflex of a sword swallower then it would be fine but alas life had other career plans for me. I have just reordered BCAAs from myprotein but this time have opted for the powder.

These are large tablets but I've become accustomed to swallowing them (wouldn't recommend halving them as this just seemed to ensure they got stuck mid throat!) but have found them a far better alternative to the powder (awful tasting stuff!) Seeing great results (fat loss) from taking these and protein.

I was very disappointed with these, they are so huge I cannot swallow them. I started choking on them so then tried to cut them in half but had same problem, feel like I wasted my money on them as I can't use them. I was recommended to take 4 at bedtime - can't even take 1. I take a lot of vitamin supplements so am used to taking pills, feeling disappointed.

These tablets are effective but should come with a choking hazard difficult to swallow even when halved may go for powder form next time.

Hi guys I have now been taking these bcca tablets for a week and within the week I can see how much it helps me recover ! I was very ware that it wouldn't make any difference at all. I work shift work and I have found taking theses have also improved my energy levels at work so I would defo recommend them. The only down fall is they are hard to swallow.

The only minus is that is difficult to swallow. You should put it really back on your tongue and then swallow with water or you should brake it to some smaller pieces. and than take with water.
