New to Ashwagandha
4My partner has started taking these for his anxiety and better sleep. It was recommended to us by a friend. It's a bit early but he said he feels his sleep has improved slightly by this I mean he doesn't wake up as often during the night as he usually does.

Great Product
5The product was good, well priced and came in good time. I like how the tablets don't leave a bad taste in your mouth after taking them. Lastly for the price of the tub amount of capsules you get is very good, would highly recommend.

5I have started to take these daily and have definitely noticed a decrease in my anxiety levels. I'm also sleeping better too. Really pleased with the results so far! Goes Well With:A snack and water.
