5Such a simple supplement that only needs to be taken once a day , helped me with sleep , mood and my mental health as a whole , true recommendation if you have slight struggle to sleep this helps me get that extra level of stress relive that allows me to have much more quality sleep

does the job
5Taste like nothing, not like creatine nothing, I mean actually tasteless and sleep is easier. idk if my test levels are higher but hopefully they are Goes Well With:juice

Sleeping pills without the drawbacks
5I started taking these because I sometimes struggle to sleep properly and didn't want it to ruin my gym progress but damnn they went over expectations. They don't actually make you tired in the slightest, but when you shut your eyes to go to sleep you're just gone. It also has helped my strength in the gym hugely somehow, even while cutting weight I have hit consistent PBs. Never going to stop taking these. They're not actually big tablets but are weirdly hard to swallow for some reason but its not that deep cause they're so good.Goes Well With:Water

5After reading so many reviews on these I decided to purchase them. They are amazing and really help with stress levels! Defo recommend.Goes Well With:I take these with all my other supplements in the morning that I got from MyProtein and they cab be taken with anything.

Very effective
5This worked for me the first night I took it. I struggle with staying asleep and feeling rested, I took one capsule at dinner and slept so deeply that night. I did feel a little groggy in the morning, but I usually do when I sleep well. Also like to note hardly any tummy problems the next day (which I get with other tablets). Very happy and would highly recommend!

One of the best.
5Easy to take, isnt a sticky coating so it slides easily down throat. Great for quality of sleep and deeper sleep is my current take on it. Good for relaxation aswell
