Sleeping pills without the drawbacks
I started taking these because I sometimes struggle to sleep properly and didn't want it to ruin my gym progress but damnn they went over expectations. They don't actually make you tired in the slightest, but when you shut your eyes to go to sleep you're just gone. It also has helped my strength in the gym hugely somehow, even while cutting weight I have hit consistent PBs. Never going to stop taking these. They're not actually big tablets but are weirdly hard to swallow for some reason but its not that deep cause they're so good.Goes Well With:Water

Not much to say it's easy to swallow has a funny taste so make sure you have a nice gulp of water or whatever. Takes a while to build up in systemGoes Well With:Water

Effective
Actually effective , I can see and feel improvements in stamina whilst also sleeping better. Aswell as muscle growth and recovery. However , results only come through after 2/3 weeks So don’t expect anything fast anytime soon, but I will say it is worth the wait. Your stamina and sleeping habit , will not change over night, give the supplement a few weeks todo it’s job - and you will see it’s effective. Overall good stuff

Boost of Deep & REM
Has boosted my sleep data of my deep and REM. Popping 1 candy boosts the deep a little added to the REM. POP two candies and it significantly boosts the REM with added to the deep. Still a restless one due to the demon at the end of the bed. Goes Well With:Anything

Very effective
This worked for me the first night I took it. I struggle with staying asleep and feeling rested, I took one capsule at dinner and slept so deeply that night. I did feel a little groggy in the morning, but I usually do when I sleep well. Also like to note hardly any tummy problems the next day (which I get with other tablets). Very happy and would highly recommend!
