Spirulina is Amazing
I have been eating well, but for years have had poor absorption of nutrients from the foods that I have eating. I have been taking spirulina for a few weeks and can see a big improvement. I don't feel tired like I used to, I have a lot more energy after cycling to and from work, and running around after my children and now I walk a whole lot more. My hair has even improved quite quickly, and has become more thicker, ends are not brittle and I have a lot less hair shedding. I will be ordering more spirulina in the future.Goes Well With:I take spirulina alongside the recommended daily allowance of my proteins vitamin D3 capsules, and I have had no issues.

Great Benifits
Spiral ima has a number of great health benefits so supplementing it into your diet is defiantly a must! But why the huge container? I had to count them out and double check I had all the 60 capsules as the size of the container makes it look like over half are missing!
