5Love this stuff! I was always eating shop bought peanut butter and after over hauling my diet it was the next thing I needed to change. It is delicious and you can really taste the Almond. You will need to mix before spreading on or adding to food but the texture and taste once mixed is lovely. The pot is huuuuuge! Will last me a very long time, great value for money. I can't really comment on the effectiveness as I haven't really been eating for that long. But it definitely feels a lot cleaner than shop bought peanut butter. If like me, you like to have peanut butter on fruit as a snack than I would definitely recommend this as an alternative. Nom Nom Nom.
