"recieaved my hurriacane xs in strawberry flavour this morning so cannot comment on gains or affect, however the taste is ok for the first shake an then the second was not good and made me gag :S also the shake has little bits in but i spose o should have expected that due to it containg creatine. ill let you know about the effects, if i can stomach it"

It came in a large plastic resealable bag, complete with large scoop. \n\nAt first I was a little weary about using it with it being a mixture of so many different things and mixing it with water is never a nice thing to do with a protein shake. However, I was pleasently surprised I have to admit. It tastes fantastic, just like strawberry nesquik and the consistency is great. I started using this product about a month ago and have found it sooooo good!!!
