"Great gains from this stuff and cheaper than buying seperate. I think the choc smooth tastes nice, i have tasted worse supplements. I wouldnt bother buying a tub the bags are better quality and they come complete with a large scoop."

"Right I've just finished my first bag of this and am 100% ordering it again! I combine 2 of these shakes (one as breakfast or mid morning snack and the second straight after my workout) with a whey only shake. This would be my suggested use, as the ingredients are best for either meal replacement or post workout. Furthermore this shake tastes amazing! i recommend choc. smooth with skimmed milk. I haven't attempted using water purely because i dont want it to put me off as i can imagine the contents of this formula are better mixed with milk. I've read a lot of complaints about the taste but i couldn't disagree more. And gains wise its brilliant too, I have increased size, strength and are definitely denser too. Bravo MP, this shake is SECOND TO NONE."

Good: Protein blend and Oats\nBad: Dextrose and taste. \n\nTried choc smooth and it tasted like flour with a hint of coco. Not plesant to drink but it is cheap. I wouldn't buy it again. I'd rather pay more for the same ingredients that taste nice I have to drink 2/3 a day so I want to enjoy it.

If you can't suffer getting this, not to bad tasting IMHO, powder down your throat then to be quite honest you shouldn't be training or doing any competitive sport.\n\nGreat stuff, great value, Superb!"

"I have been using this for the past three weeks. I use it twice a day on training days (3 times a week) and once a day on non training days. I also use True Whey and Ultra Fine Scottish Oats. I have noticed significant results already. I have gained 2kg in lean mass in just over three weeks. I have only used the smooth chocolate so far, but when mixed with the correct amount of water - it produces a lovely shake. Great product!"

"I've been using this product now for 3 weeks after changing from Impact Blend. It works out cheaper than buying creapure separately. The taste is good considering all the different ingredients. Results wise I've noticed an increased post workout pump, good energy levels and no fat increases. I do muay thai and had a fight recently and I took this around the training. Its great as an MR shake."

"I'm not a usual reviewer but this product really deserved one. I bought 7.5 kg when it was on offer. First off the taste (choc smooth) is amazing, especially considering that some of the ingredients are fairly unpalatable. Its definately more convenient than buyng all the ingredients seperately and seems to have pretty much everything you want in there. As for the gains in the last few months (I have been eatin more aswell) i have gained a stone. Whilst this isn't entirely lean the increase in fat isnt noticeable and people have noticed my increase in size. Definately worth trying."
