extreme hard gainer
5Ok i am skinny, I used to be quite big, never touched roids before and dont intend on doing so, want to be all natural. Events in my life a few years ago caused me to loose alot of weight but now I am on the path to getting big again. I have been taking this hard gainer extreme for about 2 weeks nearly 3. I am eating quite abit more also, I have definatly noticed a difference and I have had comments from friends who I seen over the weekend (Who I havnt seen for about 5 weeks) that I am looking more defined in my chest and shoulders...definition is not what a I want - I want to bulk but it is very early days from me starting this stuff and it is definatly helping me....I am very exited for a few months down the line....I also have the protein 5kg aswel, Taking 1 hard gainer extreme/ 2 a day on some days, with the whey impact protein once every couple days with usually two big meals and some nibbles through out the day. I also do a high calory burning job which is roofing. So this is helping me so much thanks guys ! Taste is beautiful I have chocolate , Mixes up very fast, have had some bity bits in it but doesnt bother me, When my 5 kg is done I will be getting more :D

4When you want to bulk...when you need to go an extra mile...take it. With great taste and nice calorie count it is what it states - gainer. I usually take it first thing in the morning and after the workout. Make your workouts count so you don't just get fat but get nice quality gains.

Excellent first step into the weight gainers
5First off, this is one of the very few products I've tasted that to me, taste very nice with water- not just passable! The product itself is excellent. It has a decent protein content and the mixture of fast and slow release carbohydrates make it an excellent addition to the meal plan! It doesn't have bells and whistles or anything unnecessary, it simply does what they say it will do. For someone looking for a reliable and balanced product that will do what it's made to do then get this! The price is good too! Only negative is the mixability with water isn't brilliant, but honestly it really doesn't affect my judgement of the product. Excellent!

Best mass gain ever?
510 weeks ago I was 10stone 4, now I'm 11stone 9. Absolute gem of a protein shake, as I find it hard to put mass on generally this has sorted me out. If you work hard in the gym, eat a lot of food and drink 3 of these a day you will see some superb results. Onto my second 5kg bag now and can't see myself slowing down on this anytime soon. I ordered at 11am yesterday and order was at my door at 8am even without next day delivery. My Protein service is second to none, if only other online retailers were as efficient. Goes Well With:1/3 milk and 2/3 water - spot on

5Started taking this 2 months ago and the effects have been awesome. Being one of those people with a high metabolism I've always eaten well but have never gained weight effectively. 2 months later, training 4 times a week and taking 2-3 shakes a day bar sundays (Sunday is the day of rest of course) I've gained a stone and a half. The correlation is absolute. If your looking to gain mass get yourself a 5kg bag (mint choc personally) and you wont look back. Thank you very much Myprotein you beauty. Goes Well With:Milk or water

Does exactly what it says
5This Is an excellent product to use if you are like me and struggle to keep on the mass. Very easy to mix, goes down like a treat. And with the complex oats it gives you good sustainable energy . Will continue with this product for the next two months, then will go onto whey protein only to cut up also purchased from my proteinGoes Well With:a banana, gives you an extra boost highly recommend

Must buy for mass and great flavour
5Always use this product during a bulk/off season. Great for hitting macros during a busy day. Ideal for pre workout with high carbs without training on a heavy stomach. Cookies and cream tastes awesome. A must buy for packing on mass!
