4I switched from the Hurricane XS to the Hard Gainer after not seeing great results. The Hard Gainer Extreme is the nicest protein shake I have ever had (banana flavour) and I have already bought a 2nd pouch, and just bought a 3rd but in cookies and cream flavour which I can't wait to try. I have noticed definite mass and strength increase, and can't wait to see the progress continue!Goes Well With:Water

good taste little gritty
4i have yet to see much results yet but i have always been a skinny guy, im having 2x as much up now to hopefully see if i get any weight gain if not these something wrong with me, but taste is good mix is a little gritty but generally good.Goes Well With:water

Hardgainer extreme
5I've been using hard gainer extreme for some time now and it never fails to impress excellent taste especially banana flavour I will definatley be ordering lots more Goes Well With:Porridge

One of the best out there
5I have been using this product for over a few months now and I am definitely seeing results! When I first started using this product I was just over 13 stone 6 and now pushing up to 14 stone 4. With a good diet and getting those calories in I have found this product perfect for bulking and with over 400 calories per shake it is ideal. I only swear by MP and there supplements as well as there clothing because they are reasonable priced and so effective. I use the strawberry flavour because its my favourite. I take 3 a day, one mid day with one of my meals and one with a pre workout with some BCAAs and as well post workout with again another meal. I couldn't recommend this product anymore for bulking season!!Goes Well With:Water/Milk

4I know it's early days as it's only my 2nd day of using this product so I will submit a more detailed review when finished. Yesterday I had the cold and minor shivers and today I'm starting to recover from it and using this has boosted my energy levels and filled me before my exercise which, I feel pushes me and makes me a lot more hungry to pump iron (I take 2 bananas before my workout with this 45 mins before I start as it maintains blood flow and alert levels). I also take creatine monohydrate with it and cla. I will be in more detail when I finish so this is all I can really say for now. I do take it with 600ml. It's easy to mix although it's very lumpy at the top.Goes Well With:Water and/or creatine mono.

No longer vegetarian suitable
1MyProtein have changed this product. This Hard Gainer Extreme used to carry the "V" symbol for vegetarians, and specifically say that it was suitable for vegetarians. The "V" symbol has now gone and this product now states "Not suitable for vegetarians" in the "Suggested Use" box in the product description. I can no longer buy this and will now have to purchase elsewhere.. I have been a MP customer for many years, but unfortunately we now have to part company. So, if you're vegetarian - sorry to say - AVOID. Thankfully there are many other companies out there selling "V" proteins and gainers.Goes Well With:Carnivores.

Hard Gainer Extreme
4Good quality product and mixes fine in a shaker bottle. Taste not that important to me as it's just a good way of getting those extra calories in me. It's a tad on the sweet side though, so this could be toned down a bit. I would buy unflavoured if they offered it as the protein content tends to be higher, with less sugar and a bit cheaper in other MP unflavoured whey products. Unfortunately, unflavoured isn't an option in this range. Bought when on sale as this was a good price, but wouldn't pay the full price for it as there are so many companies offering this type of product that there at discount prices - remember that until the market for bodybuilders was opened up whey was simply a by-product and discarded by the cheese manufacturers.Goes Well With:Training hard. It's a waste of your money to buy protein and not put the effort in when at the gym.
