Just Starting out
3I recently started running/jogging with a group of other middle aged women. The reasons for this is first to get fit and hopefully lose a little weight. I have been trying to improve the muscles in my body and this protein was recommended to me. I have only just started using this product along with making other changes to my diet and running/jogging three times a week. Up to now I have no complaints and I am happy with what I received. My fitness has improved and I am slowly losing weight as well as toning my whole body. Give it ago and find out for yourselves. It's never to late.Goes Well With:Shakes and soups

Hemp flavour
4At first, I didn't like the taste of it, finding it too overwhelming! But then I used 400ml of oat milk, a banana and a half scoop of this protein and it tastes delicious.Goes Well With:Oat milk and a banana.

Not For Me
2I wasn't a fan of this Hemp Protein. It tastes horrible! If you are going to get it I would get a flavoured one!

4I have an intolerance to whey to found hemp protein a good replacement, this protein tastes they best of any I've ever had. It mixes as well as hemp protein can just I make it as required or if taking it to training I just give it a good shake before I drink it. Value for money and quality myprotein is the best there is highly recommend it.

4This protein works for me as I alternate between pea and hemp proteins and they go well with my paleo (dairy and gluten free) diet, but the taste is not too good.

4Lovely to drink as a smoothy, with a nice taste. It gives good results and is a very good vegetarian source.

5Excellent product that's a much smoother and finer mixture than those available on the high street. Taste is an acquired one, although mixed 50/50 with impact whey protein and berries, this makes it much more palatable. It mixes easily and smoothly.Goes Well With:CLA
