5This certainly does as it describes. i wanted to know though if there is actually any potassium and magnesium in this as the nutritional info appears to suggest not. im designing my diet to consist of the right ammount of all nutrients and hope for some clarity on this as i have three scoops a day

I love this product.
5This is a staple for me. I struggle with feeling "foggy" mentally when I'm exercising, and electrolytes in general clear my head a lot more than water alone does. I find it much easier to use the right amount with powder than I do with electrolyte pills and in terms of palatability all it does is make water taste slightly more savoury, if that makes sense, which I actually rather like.

Does the job
5Brought this as an alternative to more expensive electrolyte tablets and used it for the first time this morning. Have suffered from headaches after long runs 1hr plus but used this powder in my water for a 10 mile run this morning and no headache so for me it does the job. Slightly salty taste but this is expected, not unpleasant though. For how much you actually need to use this is really good value for money. Goes Well With:Water

Ok up to now!
3I have low potassium and magnesium condition, so bought this to add to my water to drink daily. Mine came with a mini scoop. It doesn't mix well with water , I have to keep stiring it . I find it tasteless , so maybe others are using too much . I'll find out on my next blood test if any good

Electrolyte Powder
5This product is a god send for me, I used to get really bad headaches after a morning workout. Without exageration, after the first time i used this the headaches have stopped and i dont feel as sluggish. Great product, if you sweat loads like me then id seriously recommend this product. BE WARNED: only use a small amount with juice, it does taste very salty. All round spot on. Goes Well With:Juice

5works well, doesnt come with a mini scooper but thats not a problem i just use half of a 1/4 tsp. great for endurance and if you sweat alot during exercise. slightly salty taste but thats natural for electrolytes, great product

Nothing special
3I'm sweating quit alot during my training so I thought these electrolytes could be benefitable for me. But I'm actually not feeling any difference at all. Maybe it would be better to review this product during the summer, where it is more hot? Or maybe it's just better to consume during cardio (I'm doing strength exercise/bodybuilding)? Anyways, it didn't have any effect on me (not something I could feel). Goes Well With:BCAA powder and other amino acids

4It works, doesn't taste good though, but what can you expect? it's salt. If you add to your flavory sport drink, it's better.Goes Well With:With freshly squeezed orange juice or orange juice blended with any other juice.

Electro doctor
5Twice in my running career my body has lost too many electrolytes and I have been in serious trouble. I never want to go there again. Once was on the last day of the Marathon des Sables and the other was in the mountains of Tasmania. Hyponatremia is no joke but long before that stage of electrolyte imbalance, your performance is badly impaired. My Protein Electrolyte Powder is the prevention and the cure. The only problem is that it is so salty. Ha ha. Funny that! This formula is concentrated and so it is easy to put too much in your mix so that it is too salty. Once I had cut back to a much smaller amount I have had no problems and everything is good. Cruising on.Goes Well With:It needs some honey or good juice to balance out the saltiness.
