Powered me through my black belt training and grading
5I used this throughout my black belt training when I had more than one hour of high intensity training. It doesn't give a initial boost of energy like some sports drinks (that's what I use jelly babies for) but it enabled me to keep up my intensity over a long period without that horrible shaky feeling you get after training hard. I also used it for carb loading in the week running up to my grading and used it throughout the 5 hour grading. It was perfect mixed with a bit of squash as it was very easy on the stomach, cauised no stomach issues at all and doesn't have that cloying sweetness of some carb drinks so went down as easy as water. Great product
5Despite the price because that's always amazing, the dextrin is amazing , mixes well and I have unflavoured so mixes in fine with normal cordial or eaas. NO GRAINY FEEL sessions are insane at the min !! Highly recommended for serious gym users "intra drink ;) "

Dextrin
3So having used the product for 2 weeks I can say that I personally do t seem to have benefited from the product. Energy levels have not increased is I was lead to believe this product would boost energy levels. Taste. There is none. I did find that the product made me thirsty. I mixed this with my sessions water and made my mouth feel dry. Mix ability of the product is ok. Needs a good shake. I did find it clagging up sticking to the end of the draw etc. I found that putting some cordial in the mix helped with the thirst problem but didn’t stop it. I had to fill the water bottle halfway through the session to lessen the effect.

Getting gains
5Using it as intra-workout. My workouts (heavy weight lifting) have improved a lot since using this. Feeling more energetic and lifting seems easier. I don't feel it has a taste at all (I use a lot of water), but in a way, it reminds me of flour. Takes some time to mix it well, as some lumps appear at first, but now I only shake it a couple of seconds, then put it in my gym bag with the lumps and once I get there it's all well mixed.Goes Well With:Water, good pre-work out meal, will (it won't lift on your behalf!)

A very underrated product
5Personally I thought this product was all smoke and mirrors until I brought it actually started using it. It's now a staple in my pre and post workout shake

5Never used this product before but was recommended it by my personal trainer. Product has zero taste which is perfect when mixing it with bcaa during workouts plus post workout shakes. The product mixes really well so there are absolutely no clumpy bits! Great way to add carbs to you diet! Goes Well With:Anything from preworkouts/ BCAA or protein shakes!

5really good pump of this product would highly recommend for someone trying to put some size on also ! Goes Well With:Bcaa and water mixed together with the dextrin
