Great for lifting
5I had recently suffered from a wrist injury and struggled to bench press at all but since using the straps my wrists feel alot more supported and can consistently bench without pain, would highly recommend to anyone suffering from wrist pains

5Decent adjustment, great quality had some so called more expensive branded straps that don't feel as good that cost a lot more. No complaints here
