Essential bit of kit
5I thought this bottle / shaker might've been a bit of a gimmick but actually it's great. It makes mixing your powder with other liquid easy and mess free plus I can put it in my kit bag without it leaking so I have my protein drink ready to have within 30 mins of my workout. This is the all - important window women need to refuel in to aid recovery so tools like this really help support me in my strength training and matching nutrition 💪

Fantastic shaker
5Love this shaker so much better than my old one. It blends so easily with the spring ball that it comes with, love it!

Its not worth it
1At first I was very happy with the product, but over the span of a month it just turnt to disappointment. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week so I use the shaker quit regularly - even at the gym. The bottle wasn't able to stand the constant opening and closing throughout the workout and the lid has a large crack in it now. I can no longer use it and I am very distraught. I guess im back to using regular bottles again.

5Really Good, I had a smaller one which wasn’t very good as i could only have one scoop of protein but with this one its the perfect size and really worth it.
