5Very solid, the 1litre capacity is great for the mass gainer shakes as you can easily do three scoops, the fill it with water with no lumps or not thick.

I Litre shaker
5Good product. Its big which helps in adding all your supplements with enough milk or water and then be able to shake properly to get the powder mixed. Its easy to carry and has a bit of mat finish which protects it from scratches. Overall, a good product to buy at a cheap rate.

My Protein Smartshake 1 Litre
4The size of the shaker is good, although most of the time you will need just 1/3 or 2/3 of the volume. However, it's better to have some space left rather than not having any. Sometimes I get a smell of plastic from the inside and after a good rinsing it goes away, not a big deal tho.Goes Well With: SHA

The big shaker.
5After trying the types of shaker small medium large. I find it a little thin compared to the medium sized shaker and take extra care not to squash it. Other than that it is a good solid screw on lid, 1ltr shaker. Good for long work shifts. Goes Well With:Bcaa and whey protien powders
